A SHARED SHORELINE

Designed as a pro-bono contribution to our local coastline, this community club and coffee shop serves as a sanctuary for surfers, locals, and visitors alike. The architecture is a dialogue between the rugged and the refined. A sweeping, board-formed concrete roof provides a permanent horizon line, while weathered pine wood cladding softens the structure, allowing it to age gracefully alongside the salt spray and sea air.

Integrated parapet planters overflow with coastal succulents, blurring the line between the built environment and the wild dunes. Whether it’s a quiet sunrise espresso or a sheltered retreat from a brewing Atlantic storm, this space was designed to belong to the elements and the people who love them.
