LAGOON LIVING

A developed design, at local authority approval stage, for a new beach house perched on a small hill overlooking the lagoon in Plettenberg Bay. Rooted in its environment, this modern sanctuary demonstrates the art of quiet architecture. The elongated, low-profile form is wrapped in natural timber, purposefully designed to weather and harmonize with the sweeping dunes and resilient coastal vegetation. It is a space crafted for profound tranquillity, seamlessly blending highly refined, minimalist structures with the rugged, biophilic essence of the outdoors. We are holding thumbs this project will be on site early 2026 when the Plett Lagoon Estate Development transfers complete.
